Quick overview

The Red Horizon Pressure Gauge builds through combat and strengthens the season's Under Pressure bonuses at thresholds. Keep fighting and avoid spending too long out of cover so the gauge does not fall before the modifier is useful.

Detailed route

What to do, step by step

Use this order when you are in-game. It expands the overview with the checks and choices that keep the route on track.

  1. Open the current Red Horizon seasonal modifier panel and read which actions build Pressure.
  2. Use kills, headshots, multikills, skill kills, status kills, or fire kills to build the gauge during a fight.
  3. Stay in cover when you need to reset your position; long periods out of cover can drain Pressure.
  4. Use an Active Modifier when the gauge reaches its required threshold and plan the timing around the next encounter.
  5. Recheck the live modifier panel after updates because values and decay rules can change.

Key details

Before you commit

  • Pressure values and modifier thresholds are season-specific; use the live in-game panel when it differs from an older guide.
  • Hostile Modifiers can interfere with your gauge, so do not treat every encounter as a pure damage race.
