What to do, step by step
Use this order when you are in-game. It expands the overview with the checks and choices that keep the route on track.
- Open the Mega Map and check the Retaliation tab for faction progress and an active event.
- Complete related open-world activities or the listed project to build the faction's meter.
- Deploy from the safe house when the retaliation starts and recapture the zone's control points in sequence.
- Complete optional Maneuvers and defeat Kill Squads when they appear to add time or improve the reward run.
- Use matchmaking when you want help from agents on the same global difficulty.

- Retaliation is a permanent endgame activity, but factions, rewards, and modifiers can change between updates.
